Essential Qualifications for Art Master: Graduate with Fine Art/ Art/Drawing/ Painting as one of the subjects with minimum 4 years Diploma from a recognized institute/ University OR Master's degree in Fine Art with Painting/Sketching Specialization. Desirable for Art Master: Minimum 02 years teaching experience in the subject. Attainments in Arts and experience of handling children with affection will be preferred. Good communication skill in (English & Hindi) languages. Additional qualifications i.e. residential institution life style would be given preference. Knowledge of Computer Application. Essential for Ward Boy: Should have passed Matriculation or Equivalent. Higher qualifications will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to candidates with Certificate of National Skill Development Course / Any Govt. , Rs. 40,000/- for Art Master, Rs. 22,000/- for Ward Boy
